Quartz vs. Ceramic: The Science
We commissioned ADACT Medical Ltd, an ISO 17025 Certified Laboratory specializing in vapor analysis, to independently test Bear Rootz Quartz coils against standard ceramic coils. The results confirm what our customers already know: Quartz is cleaner, safer, and tastes better.
Standard ceramic coils shed significantly more silicate particles into the vapor path than Bear Rootz Quartz.
Ceramic coils produced higher levels of degradants (aldehydes) due to overheating and uneven thermal distribution.
Lab Conclusion
"This study has demonstrated that the hypothesis that Quartz Coils outperform Ceramic coils in terms of overheating and silicate production is likely to be correct and that exposure to HPHCs is generally lower with a quartz coil."

3. Final QC
Every unit undergoes functionality testing. We test resistance, airflow, and battery firing. Random samples are pulled for destructive stress testing.
