Universal Guidelines

While specifications vary by model, these fundamental principles apply to all Bear Rootz hardware categories.

Filling Instructions

01

Equipment & Technique

Use a blunt needle (see specs above). Insert it into one of the two side-fill ports.

CRITICAL: Avoid the center airway. It is located between the two fill holes and must remain oil-free.

02

Oil Temperature

Warm your oil to the specific range for your device (typically 104°F - 131°F).

Proper temperature ensures smooth flow without over-saturating the atomizer or causing leaks.

03

Max Fill Volume

Do not exceed 0.05mL over the tank's rated capacity.

Overfilling causes seal bulging and forces oil through the atomizer, leading to leaks.

04

Time Constraints

Secure the mouthpiece within 5 minutes of filling.

Move faster for thinner/hotter oils to prevent flooding.

Capping Instructions

Straight Down

Align the mouthpiece and press straight down with even force until it clicks. No tilting.

No Hammers

Hand or arbor press only. Don't use hammers or mallets—impact force will break the polycarbonate tank.

One-Time Seal

Once capped, it's permanent. Attempting to remove the mouthpiece will destroy the device.

Saturation Time

Wait 30 minutes before using so the oil fully saturates the quartz core.
